Welcome to Encore Homes, Inc.
We started building homes in 1986 and we wanted to be different from most of the other builders. It was our intent to build affordable, quality constructed homes with innovative floor plans, plenty of closet and storage space, and excellent traffic flow.

Our subcontractors are hired for their workmanship and their added value to the finished home, not because they are the low bidder. We added value to our homes with tile floors in the bathrooms, upgraded carpet, bull nose corner bead on the drywall, rocker light switches and lever handle hardware as standard features when other home builders consider these items as upgrades or options.

At Encore Homes, Inc. the construction of each of our homes is personally supervised by the company's owner as we don't use superintendents. Sales, color coordination and customer contact is handled by the owner's wife Karen, who is also a fulltime part of the team. We offer 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home plans starting at 1300 sq/ft living area. Our current model is located in the Inverness area and we have 1/4 acre and 1/2 acre lots available with central water.
